What’s In Front is Greater Than What’s Behind You

“What’s in front is greater than what’s behind You”

Life’s path can take unforeseen turns, transforming a straightforward journey into a complex and challenging adventure. These detours bring new opportunities and invaluable lessons, contributing to your personal and professional growth. By staying adaptable, you can forge a more fulfilling and resilient path to success.

As you read my message, I want you to remember: What’s in front is greater than what’s behind You.

Each person's journey is unique, but this truth remains: your future holds greater potential than your past. You may wonder how this is possible, so let me tell you right away.

Your past doesn’t define you, though you may have been told or just assumed when challenges arise, your best is always what you had before experiencing personal challenges.

Here’s why I disagree with that philosophy

Reflecting on my childhood, I recall the end of August always bringing a sense of sadness. Despite the heat and humidity in Cincinnati, the end of summer meant shorter daylight hours and the return to school. I worried about the unknowns—new teachers, classes, and friends. I imagined endless possibilities that were never rooted in any proven facts. I stored all the “possibilities” of what could happen during the first week of school in my memory. As an introverted child, I followed rules without question, doing what adults told me. I silently wondered what would be told to me weeks before school reopened from elementary through high school. It wasn’t until after college graduation that I began to consider what could be as compared to what was.

Can you recall a pivotal time in your life when you analyzed your daily existence? Have you wondered if you were missing something greater? Perhaps you haven’t yet figured out your true purpose.

Are You Ready to Dare to Dream?

Does the thought of visualizing what could be feel unrealistic or overwhelming to you? Are you stuck in the same place in your life because you fear the uncertainties of change? While you secretly desire more, do you tell yourself, "It's ok, it could be worse?”

Have you considered that disappointment from past attempts to make changes may have kept you in routines that no longer serve you well— perhaps they never did.

True Growth and Leadership Require You to:
